We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for Mobile Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience with our mobile services.

Qualifications:

Advance English Level.
High school diploma.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong customer service orientation.
Proficiency in using computer.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Work on-site availability (Concentrix Salvador del Mundo).
